FAQ

How do I Redeem my gift card? Select a pilgrimage from the range of British Pilgrimage Trust journeys. Enter your unique code on the payment screen.

When can I book? Some pilgrimages are available straight away and for others tickets are made available throughout the year. Sometimes we might add more journeys so don't forget to sign up for our mailing list to be the first to hear about new pilgrimages.

Can I use it on any event on your website? You can use your voucher for any guided pilgrimage or event hosted by the British Pilgrimage Trust. Third party events listed as community events cannot be booked with our vouchers.

When will it expire? Your voucher will be valid to spend for up to a year from the time of purchase. You can book a pilgrimage that starts after your expiry date, as long as you have booked it within the valid period.

Can I get a refund? Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds on gift vouchers.
