Ten holy wells, a Bronze Age hill fort, Celtic chapels, Celtic crosses, a stone circle and a beautiful medieval cathedral.
This one day pilgrimage is provided by Guided Pilgrimage, a not-for-profit travel company providing a range of Celtic pilgrimage experiences in West Wales.
Join us on this guided walk on the last stretch of St David’s Way, which has been a pilgrimage route to the shrine of St David since the 6th Century. This route was as important as the Camino de Santiago in the medieval period and is rapidly becoming a popular pilgrimage route again for those wanting a flavour of a Celtic Camino in Wales.
All this and a walk on what Lonely Planet describes as the finest coast path in the world, taking in spectacular cliff top views with romantic coves and smugglers’ caves.
We finish with tea and cake in Ty'r Pererin, the house of the pilgrim, and then drivers get a lift back to Solva car park to collect your car.
